Chris Hunter

Chris Hunter is a current senior at UCLA majoring in International Development Studies with minors in Environmental Systems & Society and Public Affairs. It is through the intersection of his passions for sustainability and human rights that he joined E3, a major student-run sustainability organization, and became involved with Fair Trade. After helping UCLA become the largest Fair Trade University in the country in 2016, Chris took over as a co-president of the UCLA Fair Trade Campaign, where he is now working to engage the student body and further institutionalize the use of Fair Trade products on campus. Chris has led several sustainability projects on campus and currently interns with the Los Angeles-based Larta Institute, which runs commercialization programs for small businesses with innovative technologies in health, energy, and agriculture.
