As one of the most important stakeholders on any campus, strong collaboration with dining can be critical to the success of a Fair Trade College or University campaign. Dining and food service staff will share examples of successful partnerships on their campuses, and how they have overcome challenges. Working with food service representatives and fellow students and staff, learn how to engage campus dining in your college or university campaign.
